Return Eligibility

  • You may initiate a return within 6–7 business days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in their original condition.

    • Accompanied by the original packaging, tags, invoice, and certificates (if any).

    • Free from damage, wear, or any kind of alteration.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@svdjewellers.com within 6–7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide the order ID, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

  4. Upon approval, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for the return process.


🔄 Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • You will be notified via email/SMS once the refund has been completed.


❗ Important Notes

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable.

  • Products that show signs of damage or wear will not be eligible for return.

  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
